Need more data : This will depend on more information that I have at this point. then ANA could be negative if only a binding essay was used rather than an immunofluorescent assay.  You may fulfill criteria for lupus anticoagulant . You will need to have your physician clarify these tests which Lab did them and how accurate  they are.

rhumatoid factor iga came back positive 52 (ref 0-20) where as rf igm 3 (ref 0-20) and rf igg 6 (ref 0-20) is negative . no rhumetologic symptoms but test performed as part of ulcerative colitis blood work up. why rf iga is positive? crp, esr all ok?

: What is confusing about RF IgA is that it can be elevated in healthy people and normal in patients with actual RA. Since all the other mentioned tests are normal, I don't think you have RA. However if you have characteristic symptoms &amp; signs of it,I'd have to abide by the opinion of your rheumatologist on this matter.

High ESR is not a : Disease but a test result. The treatment needs to be geared to the underlying disease. Your doctor who ordered the ESR test probably suspects some inflammatory disease, and you should discuss the matter with your doctor.

None: High ESR does not cause any problems. If there is an underlying disease it may cause problems and the severity of problems may be related to the height of the esr.
