: Was the cancer removed at cystoscopy and irrigated with medication? Was there invasion of the bladder wall? Did the urologist make a date for cystoscopic check for 1,2 or 3 months? All these factors come into consideration. It is common for even fully removed bladder cancer to recur within one year. Surveillance is important. Depends on stage: Most bladder cancer occurs in people over the age of 60. It's unusual for a 34-year-old to get it, but that doesn't mean a bad prognosis. The earlier the stage, the better the prognosis. For in situ (the earliest stage) cancer, more than 97% of people are alive and cancer-free in five years. Ask your doctor your stage, and remember you have the advantage of youth! best to you.

: The most common cause for a man at your age is benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH). If that is the case, symptoms will be slow initiation, weak stream, sometimes interrupted flow, feeling of incompleteness after voiding and frequency.  High PSA level, up to 10, may be present in BPH as well. Prostate cancer can have sx similar to BPH. Bladder cancer usually manifest with hematuria as the first sx.

Cancer : based on your age the probability is low for a bladder cancer. Non smokers also reduce their risk. Did you get a urine culture and are you on any OTC meds or any abx ?  I would look for cause and see a kidney doc.

Bladder cancer: The oncologist and urologist who know the patient best should be the ones to answer your question. Involvement of the abdominal aorta is very concerning. Many patients develop widespread involvement of the pelvic area with eventual blockages of both ureters leading to kidney failure. Oncology,radiology and urology would collaborate in such cases to offer palliative care.
