Inconsistent info: You cannot have both a high creatinine and high gfr. High RDW is usually associate with anemia. What is your hemoglobin level? Lab results need to be evaluated in the clinical context and your doctor is in the best position to do that.

Kidneys: First question is what were your numbers on previous tests?  The next is are you drinking enough water?
I would recheck the labs in 2 weeks to make sure there is no worsening of the kidney's function.

See nephrologist: The decline in your GFR is of concern and you should consult a nephrologist.  It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.

Not yet: you have bit elevated creatinine, bit slow GFR, high WBCs could be secondary to drugs, steroids or NSAIDs, keep a close follow up with your doctor, ? will need nephrologist evaluation, revise the drugs you are on, their interactions and effects on kidneys, doctors usually try to balance risk/benefit ratio in chronic diseases, you might need more tests like p/c ratio in urine and/or imaging studies

Kidney level: Gfr stands for glomerular filtration rate. It is an estimate of the total kidney function. Hi GFR is normally not a problem. It can occur normally in young patients, and may be elevated in early stages of diabetic nephropathy.

Reassurance : Rest assured that these labs suggest normal kidney function. The GFR is an estimation of kidney function based on a formula that is more accurate and reliable when kidney dysfunction is present which would be seen with an elevated creatinine. Your BUN & creatinine are normal.

Kidney weakness: If I have your weight and creatinine i can give you a better answer. But, slight increase may be expected if you have a muscular build ( athletic or body building history). If so, you may actually have normal kidney function despite mildly depressed gfr. High CRP means inflammation somewhere like crohn's. This info does not suggest infection or kiney failure. But chronic kidney disease is possible.

my dad has ckd stage 4 15 gfr, high blood pressure and diabetes if he maintains his blood pressure level at 130 or below and diabetes level at 7 or lower, does he have a good chance of surviving....he was diagnosed with ckd 3 years ago and is 75?

: Would anticipate that careful and close medical care and followup should provide excellent blood pressure and diabetes management.  Kidney issues could be handled by dialysis.  Think that survival over several years is a very reasonable projection.
