Reassurance : Rest assured that these labs suggest normal kidney function. The GFR is an estimation of kidney function based on a formula that is more accurate and reliable when kidney dysfunction is present which would be seen with an elevated creatinine. Your BUN & creatinine are normal.

Normal: The estimates of the GFR based on spot creatinine levels are subscientific. I would not be at all concerned. These numbers are healthy.
