Not necessarily on other days! if the urine output is larger, you either have a proportionally lager muscle mass or lab error. Heavy physical activity can increase urine creatinine too. In view of normal blood work, shouldn't worry about having kidney disease.

Muscle is muscle: There is a trace amount of creatine and creatinine in muscle meats which contributes slightly to urine creatinine, but most of it comes from the production of creatine in your own muscle.  Creatine is used for short term storage of energy as creatine phosphate and some leaks out of your muscles every day.  After a loading dose of 25 g per day for a week, 5 g creatine per day helps muscles work.

Kidney problem?: With the information you provided, I do not think you have a problem with your kidneys. Creatinine is an indication of your kidney function and, just as important, is gives an estimation of your muscle mass. A high creatinine clearance may be seen with uncontrolled diabetes, which you do not have.  Speak to the physician who ordered these tests on you for more information, he knows you best.

See details: Have you seen a nephrologist?  You can take this combination but more recent data suggest you should take therapy to normalize the serum uric acid as well.
