i have high cough what to do?

Cough remedies: Not sure what you mean by "high" cough? Hydrate well.   Consider using a warm air vaporizer. Mix several teaspoons of honey into herbal tea  with a squeeze of lemon juice.  Or make tea with 2 tsp of marshmallow root bark per 1cup of hot water (steep in a covered pot for at least 5 minutes).  Drink several times a day or as needed to relieve coughing. See a physician if your cough is not resolving.

Yes: There is a recent study correlating the level of blood and  airway eosinophils. However yours is only slightly elevated. Nonetheless the increased cough suggests that your asthma is not under control.

Fever/antibiotics: Antibiotics may take 2-3 days for the infection to get bacterial infectionunder control times. Fever is normal body mechanism to fight infections.Temperatue rise helps the body to fight infections. Temp of under 100 is  not considered fever, adn is is already lower. Jsut wait it out, if the child is feeling better than before.

Viral infection: This is probably a viral infection. You don't say how high your temperature is but if under 104 it's best to not lower it, as fever is how our bodies fight infection. Rest, drink lots of water or herb tea, perhaps chicken soup. Many herbs may help- I advise Pelargonium sidoides (sold as Umcka at health food stores) and Andrographis, also Vit C.

See below: Treat the fever, keep the child hydrated and see your pediatrician in am.   If the child has fevers over 102.5, breathing problems, signs of dehydration or metal status changes like lethargy, get seen now.

Related to cough: When you cough you create a pressure on the blood vessels situated above the heart. What you describe is less about the fever or infection &amp; more about the cough. We call these tiny pinpoint red spots coughing peteciae.(a tiny break in a capillary) The location is specific. They are not cough related if they are located from mid-chest down the body in an upright kid.
