Cough remedies: Not sure what you mean by "high" cough? Hydrate well. Consider using a warm air vaporizer. Mix several teaspoons of honey into herbal tea with a squeeze of lemon juice. Or make tea with 2 tsp of marshmallow root bark per 1cup of hot water (steep in a covered pot for at least 5 minutes). Drink several times a day or as needed to relieve coughing. See a physician if your cough is not resolving.

Vasovagal: It sounds like your blood pressure drops when you bend over or cough... In the normal sense the body is reacting more than what it should. Also you might have to get your blood pressure checked to make sure it is not varying significantly in different positions like laying, sitting or standing. Lastly positional vertigo is a possibility.

Voice rest: The simple at home remedy is to rest your voice for 3 days with no singing, no speaking excessively. You should work on more hydration with 6-8 glasses of water/day, humidification in the bedroom, and avoid bad habits like throat clearing. Ultimately, if this is a long term problem, you should see an otolaryngologist for a fiberoptic laryngoscopy or video stroboscopy to evaluate your vocal cords.
