Well: to have high blood pressure you have to, you know, have high blood pressure. So, if you have normal blood pressure, it isn't high and therefore you don't have high blood pressure. Because high would be defined as, you know, something greater than normal. But what you say you have is normal blood pressure. Yet you ask about whether being normal can also mean being high. So - are you?

Blood pressure : When checking blood pressure a person should be sitting, resting, with their feet on the floor, in a quiet room for five minutes, and not eating or smoking at least 30 minutes.  Blood pressure changes easily from eating, emotional stress, drugs, herbs, coffee, green tea, smoking, moving, pain, illness. Normal blood pressure is 90-119/60-79.

Need more info: What is your blood pressure? Depending on how high it is and how you respond to treatment multiple modalities of treatment may be needed. Items to be considered are: Lose weight, limit salt intake, exercise, treatment with diuretics and other anti-hypertensives. This will require regular follow-up and you should consult your doctor.

Many things: Stress, anxiety, pain, sleep deprivation, anger, during resistance lifting(some of the highest blood pressure recorded have occurred during power lifting maneuvers), missing blood pressure lowering medications.  Each case needs to be look at in detail to have a better sense of the possible cause(s).

: A single BP in this range is fine. Far more important than any single measurement is your usual or average BP over time. If usually above this level, speak with your doctor about possibly increasing your drug regimen. If usually lower, probably nothing need be done. Discuss with your doctor if any continuing doubt or concern.

NO: You are fine. Relax. This is normal BP and Pulse. There is normal range of BP from 90/60 to 140/85. and Pulse varies from 60 to 100.
