You can definitely have high blood pressure and not necessarily have high cholesterol. You are 17 years old and if you have high blood pressure you really need to work on this.

A person can have high blood pressure and normal cholesterol and vice versa. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
