See your doctor: Without actual numbers, I can't be of much help.  You should definitely be fully worked up, with protein and urine electrophoresis, and X-rays of your pelvis and hip.

Yes, but not direct: High uric acid often is associated with gout, a crystal based arthritis that usually occurs in joints of the extremity, not the 'axial' skeleton. However, high uric acid can be a marker for underlying kidney disease and hypertension, which often accompany obesity that frequently aggravates low back injury and may contribute to degenerative spine disease. A pcp evaluation should be obtained.

my wife is 2.5 months pregnant , tests till now are normal, little high thyroid.for sometime now she has been exp severe hip pain. anything to worry?

Her obstetrician can examine to discern anything worrisome ; prescribe sacroiliac joit belt, which might help reduce pain intensity. Of interest might be whether she has joint hypermobility syndrome; review brighton criteria.

Support: The best recommendation that I can recommend if you are a walker or runner is orthotics. This will help give your feet, ankles , legs , and back support to help reduce the pain. also if you are a runner you might consider alternate sports such as swimming to reduce the stress on hips and knees.

Need to examine: What did your doctor, who ordered these tests, say? The lab results indicate inflammation, but do not provide a specific diagnosis.

asked a few days ago about unexplained bruising, bleeding guns and hip pain. got bloodwork back. most was normal but i thought platelets was more of a low normal at 159.  but monocytes were 10%, a little high. i' m getting stressed because  i am very tire

Clotting: You could have a clotting disorder. Check pt and PTT also bleeding time. See a hematologist. Check liver function as well.

Anything Is possible: There are numerous possible causes. Have your doctor order a serum protein electrophoresis blood test. If there is no monoclonal spike then myeloma is ruled out.

Too complex here: Your question is too complex to answer in a few sentences with little information you provide. When there is hypogammaglobulinemia, you should see a well trained immunologist. It could be primary immunodeficiency or it could be secondary due to protein loss in urine since you mention you have kidney disease. Protein losing nephropathy can cause igg loss too.

currently have leg pain from a muscle spasm
knee was hurting one week
i thought it was due to my high arches + no support in shoes

See doctor: Now this rash could be an issue. You need to give more history. Do you go camping or are you outside a lot. See a doctor for exam and testing

alt (52) and total bilirubin (1.9) have both been sligtly elevated for the past 12 months.ast has been normal in the low 20's. ultrasound and ct of the abdomen and pelvis and hida scan all normal.liver biospy discussed.what could that show?

: Has your doctor considered Gilbert syndrome as an explanation for the elevated bilirubin. Unless there is other data that would warrant liver biopsy, the information you provided does not seem sufficient reason,  You may wish to consider a/different liver specialist.
