Best to ask your doctor who is measuring your electrolytes.

Many causes: There may be many causes for your problems. Most importantly they need to determine why your BP is so high. Possibly just uncontrolled high BP, but they should make sure you do not have pheochromocytoma which is a tumor that secretes adrenalin like hormones that can cause extreme elevation of BP. There has been many years of use to prevent migraines, particularly with propanolol which is an older generation of beta blockers. They have been known to reduce migraines.

Common symptoms: Almost certainly related to diet.  I would expect that you have too much sugar in your diet.  That produces vitamin deficiency, particularly the B complex.

For me is difficult to manage her. She requires a Diabetologist, to go over the medications, have a full diabetic panel,
