: Your symptoms need thoro exam and investigating and canoot be diagnosed without that, It could be from a stone to a sticture or anything else. See if you can be seen earlier. In the meantime drink water take azo and if gets worse go to the ER. Good luck

Bladder full pain: 37! f notes pain in bladder when fuil?  ANS: it is normal to get a sensation in bladder when it is full.  Your body is telling you to pee. This can be ignored for awhile but keeps coming back. Listen to your Body.

Regroup: Regroup and review the data.  A careful review of the upper urinary tract imaging and bladder biopsy/cytology/fish studies should be reviewed.  You may need to be re-studied, have new cultures done, etc in order to find your diagnosis.

Probably not serious: Maybe trauma if your masturbation is vigorous. Give it a rest for a few days and see what happens. But if dysuria (painful urination) or blood in urine continue, see a doctor if the problem continues. Probably nothing serious, but why take chances?

Seems like UTI+-: Flank pain in female comonly asociated with kidney infection . All other symptoms are suggestive of urinary infection (UTI) that dose not involve the kidneys and in general is a benign condition unless is too frequent.

UTI: Acute cystitis should be considered.Drink plenty of fluids until you can get a urine analysis and a prescription for antibiotic if infected.Meanwhile get over the counter AZO which will help the painful urination a bit(but will color your urine red)..No need for ER(too costly for cystitis)but go to your doctor or to walkin clinic.Best wishes.

Drink : Drink as much fluid as you can to try to float out the kidney stone.  Take some advil (ibuprofen). If pain is too bad, go to er where they can give you even more fluids thru an IV and give you better pain medication.  The stones you mention are fairly small.
