A member asked:

Severe nausea, frequent painful urination. no blood in urine or fever. what could this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

? UTI: Acute cystitis should be considered.Drink plenty of fluids until you can get a urine analysis and a prescription for antibiotic if infected.Meanwhile get over the counter AZO which will help the painful urination a bit(but will color your urine red)..No need for ER(too costly for cystitis)but go to your doctor or to walkin clinic.Best wishes.
