Possible: You should see a surgeon about your hernias.  I would recommend you see someone that can fix them laparoscopically.  Your urine symptoms could be attributed to several things.  Hernia would not cause an  urinary tract infection, but if the bladder is involved in the hernia, there are certain symptoms related to that.

Possible: All the above conditions are due to weakness of fascia as in hernia , pelvic muscles in cystocele. If you have urinary symptoms like retention , frequency or in continence or bulging in vagina you may have it, speak to your gyn doctor to check for it.

Ask about Foley: Some surgeries such as hernia and gallbladder surgery, the surgeon may place a Foley catheter or straight cath prior to surgery.  This can put you at risk for a UTI.  You should also look into the antibiotics you were given, they can also lead to UTI.  If you have gotten frequent UTI's, you should see a Urologist to get a further work-up

My sympathies: Problems with kidney stones and utis should be both treatable and further stones and utis preventable. Hiatal hernia and pcos should both respond to medical therapy. Hopefully your primary care dr. Is part of a group so you can receive comprehensive care. However, your doctors should not feel annoyed if you have genuine problems requiring treatment.

Ultrasound : Ultrasound of the testes is done to confirm epididymitis and rule out any other testicular pathology such as tumor. It is not doen for hernia. I think you should have ultrasound of testes done.

Obesity: A hiatal hernia occurs when a portion of the stomach pushes through the diaphragm. There is an association between obesity and hiatal hernias.

Unknown: The hiatus is the normal hole in the diaphragm muscle thru which the esophagus passes to go from the chest to the abdominal cavity.  A hiatal hernia is an enlargement of this opening thru which the stomach can slip up into the chest.  This is found in 15% of people & rarely causes symptoms.   It is unclear if this develops before birth and/or develops in response to elevated abdominal pressure.

No relation: Hernia is a defect in the abdominal wall.  It is located where the spermatic cord travels or the round ligament in females.  People can get direct or indirect hernias.  There isn't a relationship between migraines and hernia.  Doctors looked at the relationship between migraine headaches and patent foramen ovale but did not find a positive relationship with closure of pfo.
