: Interesting concept, and it seems that millions of people have been controlled by totalitarian governments for eons.  The terms "brainwashing" and indoctrination seem relevant.  Movies such as the Manchurian Candidate, and TV shows like Mission Impossible deal with "mind control".  (Might look at COVID-19 pandemic reactions, also!)

Not necessarily.: Certain factors influence  Zinc 
absorption. For example, cereal, rice  and corn  contain phytates  and have a negative effect on Zinc 
absorption.  So best to avoid intake with those foods.

Might also try...: Acetyl-l-carnitine is a very safe naturally-occurring substance that your own body produces & has no known interactions with abilify (aripiprazole). It may even help reduce toxicity from abilify (aripiprazole). There is evidence that vitamin c, vitamin e, manganese and b vitamins may protect against tardive dyskenesia, a rare but serious side effect. I also advise very low doses of lithium for those on abilify (aripiprazole), see comments:.

Notrovit: There is no evidence that any of its ingredients improves cognition long term.  I would be concerned about the high levels of caffeine and other stimulants in it.  We don't even know what some of the ingredients do.

Chocolate: Chocolate is a healthy desert.  Darker the better.  It increases blood flow and has been shown to be associated with lower risk of stroke.  Hot cocoa works too.

Vit D and B12: these two are the most important. Start by obtaining blood levels. You want your vitamin D level to be at least 30 and your B12 to be at least 550. I recommend sublingual Methoxy B12 ( one eye dropper full über the tongue ( hold for at least 30 seconds ) every 2 weeks. Vit D3 pills daily 1000-7000 depending on blood levels . Also consider antioxidant therapy.

Natural brain care: Some suggestions for brain health: sleep hygiene = 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.  Aerobic exercise at least 3 days/week, 30 minutes per session.  Take a multivitamin daily, specifically to boost Folic Acid and vitamin b12.  Smoking cessation.  Adequate hydration, at least 64 ounces of water each day.  Moderate caffeine intake, 2-5 cups of coffee per day.  Stress reduction.
