Maybe: You should discuss this with your doctor. Do you have underlying liver disease and would be at risk of a problem in the liver?  Liver cysts are usually hypoechoic not hyperechoic.  Adenomyomatosis is a benign condition and is not thought to predispose to cancer.  Please follow up with your MD.

Get US: Get the ultrasound to further characterize the lesion. Likely benign but doppler ultrasound will further determine features that define etiology especially if solid or cystic, vascular (blood vessel) or not vascular if necessary a biopsy will provide definitive answer if it is not benign vascular lesion on us.

Need more informatio: You need to provide us history and why was this test(?CT scan) done in the first place. If you have/had any symptoms, you need to let us know.
Low attenuation lesions are quite common in the Liver. Common causes include, benign cysts which can be confirmed with an Ultrasound of the abdomen. Patients with history of CANCER OR ABDIMINAL SYMPTOMS CAN HAVE METASTATIC CANCER IN THE LIVER.

: The U/S report of a mass that large requires a CT or MRI to determine if the mass is vascular or potentially malignant. Vascular abnormalities do not always require surgical solutions. See your physician for further testing.

Could be many things: It depends on how they described it.  The most common is a benign liver cyst.  The next most common are benign lesions such as hemangiomas.  If the liver has cirrhosis, this could represent a regenerative nodule.  Less likely causes are cancer.  You should discuss this with your doctor and determine what follow up is needed.

Several things: Heterogenous pattern of liver on ultrasound can mean liver disease such as cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis.Metatatic disease, lymphoproliferative diseasse, and fatth liver. Fatty liver usually has increased echogencity. Left lobe can enlarge to compensate for loss of liver function  as long this as normal appearance to its echogenicity. Blood tests, physical examination, history, biopsy help.

Yes, the lower part: It is the lower (inferior) part of the right lobe.

Incidental: You have a small cyst in liver. You do not have cholelithiasis. These are incidental findings of the radiologist who performed the test.  The doctor who ordered the test probably explained what they were looking for to you.  Cholelithiasis refers to stones in the gall bladder.  Follow up with your doctor to review the findings and see if your pain is better.

what is cysts in the left hepatic lobe? also having sharp pain on left side as well.

Usually Benign: Liver cysts are usually benign and never cause pain. You don't need to do anything about them and they usually don't cause liver dysfunction.

The left lobe of your liver is still located in your liver. The liver is on the right side of your body so any pain would be on your right side. 

You should see your primary care doctor to evaluate your pain and liver cyst.
