Bloating: Anything one needs to chew a lot will result in lots of gas swallowed. Swallowing lots of gas(air) will result in gastic distension and pain in some people.

Fair amount but...: Hemp hearts are one of the most nutrition-rich and dense of all foods, rich in complete protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. They are also rich in phoshorous- this website says 3 tbsp (30 gms) has 45% of the daily value which would be 315 mg. 
But why are you so concerned about avoiding phosphorus? What is important is not so much total phos. But ratio to calcium ; magnesium.

Hemp hearts: I find a myriad of commercial articles and no scientific articles on hemp hearts. It appears that real evidence of it making other than anecdotal improvement is lacking.

A few: Dipyrmiadole is a vasodilating med used in stress testing. Common side effects include flushing, shortness of breath, chest pain and drop in blood pressure.  The side effects can be reversed with IV aminophylline. Over all risk is generally low but another agent might be better to use in those with COPD and active asthma(should be avoided) as well as those with slow heart rates or heart block.

May be: I don't know what you mean by syringes but if you are talking about steroids, gh, testosterone im, stay away from it. 30 days six pack for a regular working person with a full time job is very hard. Depend on what are we starting with. Full six pack with a regular belly not possible. But if you have strong muscle and want to define them, then is possible. Cardio in am, weight pm with abs.
