No! No! No!: Hemorrhoids are essentially varicose veins of the rectum. Popping them would be tantamount to slitting a vein. Unless your hemorrhoid is thrombosed and abscesses, this is not advised and should be performed by a surgeon.

Can try to : Optimize your bowel habit like staying hydrated, good insoluble fiber intake, remaining active, avoiding straining too much on the toilet, avoiding spending too much time on the toilet (no phone, books, ipads), avoiding heavy resistance exercises(like squats) that cause you to Valsalva/strain too much.  In the end a hemorrhoid may resolve with time.

Likely no: Unless you are severely and chronically anemic from blood loss this should not cause you to lose your hair.  Would however get your hemorrhoids looked at by a colon and rectal surgeon to assure yourself that is indeed the source of your bleeding and to see if there's a simple treatment.

Interdisciplinary: The best way to help someone with spastic quadriplegia is with a interdisciplinary approach.  She should have a primary care provider who will oversee her general medical issues.  A physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor) specialized in pediatric rehabilitation will be the most beneficial if issues arise.

I : I am so sorry that you are going through this.  I can understand your concerns and fears, but having this evaluated will put your mind at rest.  The best place to start may be a local free clinic.  Even planned parenthood could do the initial testing or advise you on where you could be seen based on your insurance issues.  They could do the initial testing such as a pap.  Discuss your needle-phobia with them and they can advise on that as well.  I wish you the best, and do know that there are people who will help you.

Either: A visit to your obstetrician is in order.  He can examine you and determine if it is from hemorrhoids or other causes of rectal bleeding.  Some bleeding is common in later pregnancy from the cervix before labor - "bloody show".  Bleeding above the cervix may be cause for concern and your doctor will check that out.
