Sitz baths: You have hemorrhoids and burn after peeing.  Try frequent sitz bath.  If you can keep the area clean and dry then the healing can begin.  Try it for three days if no better then try a barrier cream like zinc oxide for babies with diaper rash.  It should only take a few days.  If it worsens see your doctor.

Unlikely: Internal hemorrhoids are an unlikely cause of your urinary symptoms. Try increasing your water intake to dilute out if it is something in the urine that is causing burning sensation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

using the patch to quit smoking and on occasion, the ecig. along with normal symptoms, increased thirst, occasional burning when i urinate(mild) and i think maybe a small hemorrhoid i can't see.

Smoking cessation: Good job quitting smoking, the best decision you can make.  Keep trying.  Your other symptoms sound unrelated to quitting smoking.  For hemorrhoid, exercise daily, eat 6 prunes daily.  For burning when you urinate, please see physician to check for infection.

i have had a burning sensation in the rectum area for months now. i have had a history of hemorrhoids. no blood with stool. i saw my gp and told him of this and my symptom of stopping and starting near end of urinating. he thinks prostatitis. is it?

Prostatitis: Prostatitis is usually a febrile illness with perineal or low back pain associated with chills and myalgia.  Dysruia, frequency , hesitancy may be present. Urinary retention common especially in older men. Your prostate should have been boggy and tender.

i am a  male who had sclerotherapy injection for hemorrhoids. i had a burning feeling in tip of my penis for a few hours after the procedure. (3-4 hours) and a initial dark yellow discharge with urine. (once).

should i be concerned about this ?

Sclerotherapy: A misdirected injection during sclerotherapy can injure the prostate and cause a discharge from the urethra. The discharge should resolve, but if it continues I recommend seeing a physician or urologist for evaluation and treatment. Culturing of the discharge would  be performed in order to check for prostate infection.

hello the past week i have had a sore bottom, some days i am unable to sit down. i can't see any visible abscess, haemorrhoids. i have no blood or pain in my stools or when i urinate. sometimes it feels like burning sensation on bum and scrotum. ?

Neuropathic: Among others, shingles with a very faint rash or no rash yet is possible. Having an exam with your doc would be a good idea in this context as unexplained pain should always be investigated.

See remark: I would not worry about slight bleeding.That area would take time to heal.You can take sitz bath.(sit in a warm tub for 15 minutes couple of times a week.
You can phone your doctor for any bothering issue.
Naturally.inflammation in that vicinity may cause pain to the urinary tract,again check with your doctor

Possible: Anatomically badder and rectum are close to each other to some extent. Having said that it s also possible the symptoms could be independent of each  other. Only way to distinguish is to get checked and treated.

i have a large external hemorrhoid that i'm treating, but today have vaginal discharge  with blood, feels like i'm urinating cause there is so much.help?

Seek medical help: If you are bleeding that heavily you need to be seen right away! a good rule of thumb-a pad  or more per hour for 2-3 hours, go in. You could become severly anemic and need medical attention.  Other symptoms of severe anemia are light headedness, dizziness, short of breath, or rapid heart beat. If you have these go in immediately.

i have what looks like a hemorrhoid that i had previously noticed as it would cause pain and prolapse, however would then go away. im now dealing with trouble sitting and pain with urination and bowel movements and it has a white tip. any thoughts?
