See remark: I would not worry about slight bleeding.That area would take time to heal.You can take sitz bath.(sit in a warm tub for 15 minutes couple of times a week. You can phone your doctor for any bothering issue. Naturally.inflammation in that vicinity may cause pain to the urinary tract,again check with your doctor Good Luck
