Complement tests: The complement tests and c reactive protein test you mention are all nonspecific markers of inflammation. Many different conditions may cause elevations of these.   So they can be due to autoimmune conditions, inflammation from cancer or numerous other disease states. It is also common for complement activation to be associated with low levels of c 4, due to consumption of it.

No to both: Spot cortisol levels are of limited usefulness. Nobody really knows what to make of C-reactive protein except in a few special cases anyway.

Family practice : CRP is a screening test for inflammation  it doesn't tell you where or the cause. I would also have an ANA and RA done. It can check for rheumatoid arthritis and autoimmune disorders. See your dr for further work up.

See details: CRP levels are usually normal in ankylosing spondylitis so I would look for other causes. A high CRP has nothing to do with Leptin and Irvingia will not help the CRP or the spondylitis.

i have a duplication cyst in my intestines, i now have low ferritian and high crp ( cardio), could the cyst be the cause? can these cyst cause cancer?

No: Duplication cysts are fairly common and don't usually cause problems.  They don't cause low ferritin.  The CRP that I'm familiar with is C-reactive protein, which is a non-specific marker of inflammation.  It is elevated during any kind of inflammation, including infection, injury or after surgery.

Yes but need more: need more information on your diagnosis. There may be other medical issues  involved. You need to discuss with your physician.

Possibly: Your CRP is mildly increased which can be due to increased inflammation cause by normal processing of excess fat in the circulation but it's really non-specific. CRP is not that useful as a test in of itself but with increased cholesterol levels, it might show that you are at an increased risk for cardiovascular disease.

syphilis eia pos rpr neg and tppa neg 3 times over 45 days. hiv 4th tested for 5 times over 10 months all negative. what is the cause for repeated positive initial syphilis eia? recent high crp 7.2 and neutrophils high 9.4? is hiv pcr needed?

: The reasons for occasional false positive syphilis blood test results are unknown. But it is clear that it almost never is due to any other health problem. Your HIV test results are conclusive; don't waste money on PCR or any more HIV tests of any kind.
