Q: eosinophil count- 0.11[<0.4] monocyte- 0.56[<0.2-0.8] lymphocyte-4.1[1.0-3.4] all elevated! ideas before my hematology appointment,what would u think?

Not all elevated: Eosinophil count 0.11 is normal less than0.4,Monocyte 0.56 is normal less than 0.8 and lymphocyte slightly elevated to 4.1as normal 1.0to3.4.I don't know your history but just blood test is of no concern as far I see

Q: if my lymphocytes are elevated and monocytes are decreased in my csf hematology results from a spinal tap should i be concerned? the tap was to rule out ms, what else could cause the increase and decrease in these levels?

If it is normal then most likely there is no active inflammation ( that can be due to rheumatologic disorders), malignancy or infecions. But if high, then it matter most in which context was done because may signified any of those 3.

Thanks for asking!: Increased basophil count is associated with many pathologic conditions, including: allergic reactions (drug, food), inflammation (ulcerative colitis, arthritis), endocrinopathy (diabetes, hypothyroidism), infection (chicken pox, small pox, tb, influenza), iron deficiency anemia, radiation exposure, myeloproliferative disorders, basophilic leukemia...Etc.

my total protein is high, and calcium borderline high. all of my other labs including hematology are normal. would there likely be something else off on labs if this were cancer? total protein: 8.4. calcium: 10.3. both have been increasing though.

Total protein: You don't mention the serum albumin &amp;  globulin levels. Your total protein and calcium levels are slightly elevated and your physician is best to advise you about their significance &amp; follow-up tests, but early multiple myeloma can raise both those levels. A serum electrophoresis test would be the next test to determine whether multiple myeloma is a possibility. Discuss this with your physician.

See below: It seems your providers tried to rule in/out celiac disease.  Individuals with thyroiditis, type I diabetes ( history of DM in first degree relative), Down syndrome, William syndrome, Turner syndrome , or IG A deficiency are at higher risk to develop celiac disease.  Screening Test of choice will be TTG (anti-tissue Transglutaminase) IG A antibody.  If positive, intestinal biopsy will be the next.
