my friend had a wart frozen off with liquid nitrogen on the heel of her foot. it turned into a loonie size blister. then, turned black and hardened. it has been 2 months now turning 3 months. should she be concerned?

Eschar : It appears that after cryo ulcerated area did not heal with primary method of normal skin. Instead it made a necrosed area, black and thick, an eschar. A doctor will need to help by removing this so normal skin can grow. It may be infected sometimes and may require antibiotics. I hope it helps.

Talon Noir: Most common diagnosis iis talon noir fancy way of saying "black heel" often seen in runners or people with ill fitting shoes. It is caused by bleeding under the skin. Melanoma can also cause a black spot . If you are concerned see a dermatologist to allay or confirm your fears.

Could be: Many things from a wart to skin cancer. Get it checked specialy if its changed shape, raised or color. Don't mean to alarm you but better safe than sorry.

Echymotic heel: Depending on related trauma to the heel area, the discoloration could be simply a bruise, or a blood-blister formation if there has been recent excessive ambulation.  If there is no history of trauma you need to be evaluated clinically by a foot specialist to determine another cause!

Probably nothing: From your description, it's probably nothing, but just to be safe, can you post a picture of it?  If not, definitely see either a dermatologist or podiatrist for possible biopsy if you're concerned further.

Probabely Normal: It is most probabely normal and what you see might be a hematoma(collection of clotted blood)which is slowly resolving

i had surgery on right heel about 2 months ago. had to have a plate and 5 screws placed. now it's like i have these black dots on my heel and they're all like sticking out and i can feel the heads of what kinda feels like i have a splinter or????

: You should report back to the surgeon. X-ray will determine any movement of screws.  You can ask when will be safe to consider removal of any hardware. Also, the surgeon can answer your questions. If you have concerns you can always get a second opinion in person.
