Talon Noir: Most common diagnosis iis talon noir fancy way of saying "black heel" often seen in runners or people with ill fitting shoes. It is caused by bleeding under the skin. Melanoma can also cause a black spot . If you are concerned see a dermatologist to allay or confirm your fears.

Cherck with your Dr: Could be a bruise, burst blood vessel, or pigmented lesion. One should watch out for a melanoma.
