Multiple things: you might need an MRI brain.  Multiple Sclerosis I've seen present this way, tho rare, but I gotta think this in a young female till I have other answers.  Could be a complex of other issues, including spinal nerve involvement.  Forget the cardiologists on this one....sounds like they've done their jobs and ruled out cardiac.  See someone that looks at the 'big picture' (a primary).  We're worthy.

Muscle weakness can come from inflammatory muscle disease and lab testing and a full neurologic exam. Arthritic conditions such as rheumatoid can cause joint pain but also muscle pain. Problems in the spine such as disc narrowing can cause some of these issues. Again you need a full workup by a provider
