could having a heavy period last month result in my this months period being only 2 days? it kind of worries me.no sex for 4 months.7 neg preg tests.

Yes: Yes. 7 negative pregnancy tests and still worried about being pregnant is not reasonable, its uncontrolled anxiety.  See my previous answer. Gynecologist or similar doctor can evaluate your period.  They cannot relieve your anxiety. Please see if you can find a doctor who evaluates and treats anxiety problems. A psychiatrist is a good choice (you are NOT crazy, just worry too much).  Get help.

Take a test : If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

No: Given the information you provided, it is very unlikely that you have leukemia. Try to use a little bit of moisturizer on inside of the nose. Use it sparingly and do not try to go deep into the nose. Dry mucosa in the nose may be causing the bleeding.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Heavy period: Periods that are bright red in character and exceed 3 pads in 30 minutes needs immediate MD attention as that is hemorrhage.(not a period). Long term heavy periods can also cause a low blood level (anemia).

Get a bunch of elite female athletes together and you will see:  even though they are all at the top of their sports, in amazing physical condition, exercising huge amounts most days, some will have horrid periods, and some will be light and easy.  It's genetics mostly.

Many ways: 1st: evaluation- blood test for hormones, us for fibroids, hysteroscopy for polyps, endometrial biopsy for abnormal cells. 2nd: treatment- ocp if not smoker, progesterone, iud, remove fibroid or polyp if present, meds such as lysteda, endometrial ablation, uterine artery embolization and finally- hysterectomy.

When it is soaked: But you should have an evaluation of the heavy period by your gyn for proper diagnosis and treatment so you won't have to deal with heavy bleeding and make sure nothing strange is going on, like an endometrial polyp, fibriod, pre- cancer, cancer , etc. You should go for an exam, blood work and ultrasound and you may need a short 4 minute in offcie hysteroscopy and biopsy to make sure u are ok.
