NO!: Exercise, if anything, will make your period better, but in general, exercise and the severity of your period are not correlated. Get a bunch of elite female athletes together and you will see: even though they are all at the top of their sports, in amazing physical condition, exercising huge amounts most days, some will have horrid periods, and some will be light and easy. It's genetics mostly.
