Its probably: heat exhaustion. you need to hydrate and maintain a good salt balance if you live and work in a hot climate  drink sport drinks  and alternate with plain H2O

Dehydration: You are probably not drinking enough water. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Few days: If it does not drain after a few days i would see a dermatologist for an oral antibiotic.

Headache aura?: Your symptoms are suggestive of headache aura from migraines. But as far as "fluid not draining properly" from the inner ear..not sure where you're getting that idea....are you thinking you have elevated perilymph volumes or pressures in the cochlea? If so, then, yes that could cause headaches &amp; balance problems. Or, you may just have migraine aura, as millions do with normal inner ear drainage.

Needs to be seen: You should start by seeing a dentist who will probably  also refer you to an ENT specialist. You may have multiple problems at the same time and we can neither diagnose you over the internet nor recommend treatment. This requires a medical history and a clinical exam, and x-rays as well by your dentist.

: Ice not recommended for infections as it impedes necessary blood flow. If your drain is doing it's job you shouldn't have to apply heat to bring the infection to a head. You would have to put protective plastic over the infection site in order to shower. Will your physician or a surgeon provide follow-up advice and care?
