Tachycardia: Variations in heart rate are expected especially with strenuous activity.  A typical resting heart rate for a healthy 24 year old is 60-90 beats per minute.  Minimal activity (i.e. shower) is not expected to raise your heart rate by more 20 beats per minute,  In most cases it would not increase heart rate by more than 10 bpm.  I suggest an EKG and cardiac monitoring promptly.

Tachycardia: Exposure to heat dilates the blood vessels and lowers the blood pressure enough to cause a rise in the heart rate, but 150-170 would be abnormally rapid. If you are accurate in determining your heart rate and especially if you note marked tachycardia under other circumstances, I recommend that you consult a cardiologist for evaluation and be checked for overactive thyroid as well.

Any abn focus can lead to irregular rhythms such as A.fib/flutter, sinus tahcycardia, ventricualr tachycardia to name a few.  Abnormal cardiac focus - Afib; metabolic/endocrine - thyroid, infections; CA; substance abuse; anxiety; congenital abn  are some.

Depends: If it gradually returns to normal afterward, it was likely normal (you state your age is 32 - predicted estimated peak HR for your age is 192 but 200 is reasonable).  If it stays at 200 after exercise, then suddenly falls (for instance to 110), it was an abnormal rhythm.
