: You should start seeing some benefit after 3 weeks, more after 3 months and at that point doing it 30 min/day /360 could maintain &amp; gradually increase overall benefit. Healthy nutrition and adequate restorative sleep remain as important in your overall hope to improve general health &amp; stamina.

Depends: If it gradually returns to normal afterward, it was likely normal (you state your age is 32 - predicted estimated peak HR for your age is 192 but 200 is reasonable).  If it stays at 200 after exercise, then suddenly falls (for instance to 110), it was an abnormal rhythm.

In general, the heart rate should have returned close to the baseline heart rate 10 minutes after moderate exercise, but this is not always true.
