Yes!: Often, men who suffer heart attacks or strokes have ed years prior to their stroke or heart attack. All 3 disorders are blood vessel disorders. Stroke is where the brain doesn't get blood, heart attack the heart is not getting blood and ed is where the penis is not getting blood flow.

All Fine: I usually prescribe Cialis for high potency, low side effects, and very long duration of action (it improves penile blood flow for ~36hrs. This means you can have several erections over that time, not  a continuous erection for the whole 36 hours). It costs the same as the others, and less if 5mg will do and you get a monthly pack of 30. If you have a rhythm problem, avoid levitra (vardenafil).

Urology: No quick cure. See a urologist. New medications are on the horizon. Stop alcohol abuse unless you truly want to become impotent.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Discuss with your DR: It is not all medicines that cause these symptoms and depending on the specific agents there may be easy solutions.  Do not go in for snake oil remedies as these are a waste of money and do have potential side effects.  This is a problem your Gp can help.

Electrical Impulses : The heart is a muscle that will contract or beat when an electrical impulse is sent to it by the controlling sinus or av node located within the heart.  The impulse is transmitted to the heart muscle by the conduction system.  If there is a "failure" of the impulse originating node or a "short circuit" in the conduction system, the heart rate slows down and a pacemaker is needed to correct this.

Not a problem: Pacemakers treat electrical problems. Most cardiac caths are to assess for coronary artery disease. There are plenty of patient who have both, but just because you have a pacemaker, doesn't mean you need a cath. They are for 2 different things that affect your heart.
