Perhaps you are having neck pain, near the location of the carotid artery, but I would not interpret that as a sign of heart failure or cause of PVC's. Certainly frequent PVC's might be a sign of more serious dysrhythmia causing faintness/fast heart rate. You need to continue cardiac care

See belwo: Unlikely. But, it depends on when he is fainting. A warning sign for an underlying heart problems in kids is loss of consciousness with sports. Fainting with position changes, in overheated environments, and fearful situations maybe normal. Discuss with your doctor. Also if there is a fh of sudden cardiac death in young healthy people, your child maybe at an increased risk of having a heart proble.

Can happen, c ur doc: Bad news may be a serious stress factor causing a sudden increase in adrenalin and other hormones that increase blood pressure and can cause a heart attack in a susceptible person with multiple risk factors, including family history of premature onset of coronary disease. There is a condition called "broken heart syndrome" that may occur in "normals", but is much more common in women than men.
