Work up: You need some tests. See your doctor. You may be referred to a cardiologist. An echo, chest x-ray, blood work and 30 day event monitor examination are basic parts of the evaluation.

You need evaluation: You have been having faintness and dizziness for 5 months and lighthededness and history of high blood pressure and heart palpitation. You should be evalated for all these, your BP should be controlled, cause of your palpitation found and treated and investigations done for lightheadedness, faintness, and dizziness you should talk to your doctor and may need cardiac and neuro consult as well.So go.
