: Unfortunately, is it not possible to cure schizophrenia and it is a lifelong illness. It is good that you are taking medication. Stay on your medication, even if you feel well. Do not stop or change the dose of medication, without discussing it with your doctor.

This is normal: This sounds like an entirely normal way to think and an appropriate way to save your ideas.  If these thoughts become so frequent that they interfere with your ability to function in a social, academic or work setting then they could be seen as a problem.  Using words in your head is not a problem and would not be classified as hearing voices.

Hearing voices: Is part of schizophrenia. Meet with a psychiatrist and get on the right medication and the voices will subside so that you can lead a more normal life. It is a serious mental illness and you need to be in therapy.

If you are hearing: voices shouting in your head, OCD is not the diagnosis. It could be a sign of a psychosis or possible neurological disorder. Meet with a psychiatrist for an evaluation.

Psychosis w/ etoh : Psychotic symptoms can be triggered by many drugs, including alcohol, pcp, heroin, amphetamines, and cocaine. Some over-the-counter and prescription drugs can also trigger psychotic reactions. A toxicology screen can rule out drug-induced psychosis. If substance abuse is involved, the physician will determine the drug ithat is the  source of the symptoms..
Consider psychosis and etoh withdrawal.

See a doctor ASAP: Whatever it may be, it  "sounds" to me ;-) like something that should be evaluated. But whether it is in your head or in your head, check it out. Could be vascular, neurological, side-effect, even a growth. Could be easy to fix or not, but do check it out. Good luck!
