About 120 lbs: One easy equation for weight is to be 100 lbs for 5 feet and then add about 5 lbs per inch.  So for 5'4'' an average weight would be 120 lbs plus or minus about 10 lbs.  If you are severely overweight you should not expect to get down to that weight though.

It is on the high si: You would do better closer to 130.pounds. I would advise you you to aim for 130 yet we will except you to have healthy weight upto a maximum of 135 pounds. So make efforts to cut out 100 calories of food/sweeter liquids out daily and you can achieve your target and remain healthy once you stick with this plan.

However, if you are an adult, there isnt much you can do as your bones have fused leaving no room for further growth.
