I recommend flossing first then brushing for five minutes once in a 24 hr period to be sure you get all the bacteria off the cheek side, tongue side, tops, gums & behind the last teeth. My patients who follow this routine do not get decay or gum disease. Don't forget regular check ups with your dentist.

Every sip replenishes the sugar in the mouth, and feeds the cavity causing bacteria helping them damagethe teeth. Pay attention.
