Generic tips: Spend time being kind to yourself, and get regular aerobic exercise, follow a mediterranean diet, alcohol in moderation, avoid primary or secondary smoking, avoid recreational drugs.  Meditation and yoga seem of value long-term.  Mental health seems soundest when folks focus on needs of others and are out in the community.  Socialization is critical, reading is great, tv not so.

Hmmm....: Halitosis is bad breath, and has many causes, such as poor dental hygiene, gum disease, smoking, sinus infections, tonsil infections, eating onions, eating fishy foods, drinking coffee, stomach reflux, etc...  After seeing one's dentist for routine dental preventive care, and stopping "odiferous" foods, one can see her primary care doctor to look for other halitosis causes.

First, diagnosis: Rhino-sinusitis is an inflammation of the sinuses in the face and head.  It always follows a viral infection of the nose and then proceeds into the adjacent air spaces in the face and head.  Most patients use this term very loosely.  Thus you must first have a diagnosis (cat scan is the gold standard).  Home remedies include salt water irrigations, netti-pot irrigations, decongestants. See doc.

See Dr., then eat...: If one is truly underweight (based on height, family background, and body type), a Dr. can evaluate for a hormonal, digestive, or other disorder. If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle.  Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon,...  Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu,....

: The 3 basic foundations of health are a good diet rich in high quality lean protein, lots of fresh vegetables/fruits, and water, restful daily sleep, and daily exercise. Other things like good hygiene and a safe place to live add to these foundations, but cannot replace them.
