Many benefits: I don't know how goat bone soup's benefits compare to soup from other bones,but in general bone soup has many benefits and is arguably one of the healthiest foods we can consume. Neither one: Drinking vinegar is just a way to drink acid. Assuming moderate amounts and normal kidneys, drinking vinegar will make absolutely no difference in health, good or bad. If you enjoy it, feel free. But you could get nearly the same acid intake with lemonade, which most people would find a lot more tasty! (But beware of the sugar load....)

Needs observation: Black stool can be from iron, but could also be sign of bleeding. If she has not have any upper endoscopy  and colonoscopy, it will be wise to consider. For simple testing , stop the iron pill for 5 days and do a stool guaiac test and a blood test

None: It's advisable to not eat after 7 pm normally. If you eat late, it makes it difficult for your G.I. Tract to digest the food properly, and process it when it should be actually in a resting/ fasting state when going to bed. The body operates best when it's in the fasting state for at least 10 to 12 hours with no food. You'll sleep better, and you'll wake up in a more metabolically balanced state.
