No: No it takes more than 10 seconds without oxygen to damage your brain,it takes about 2-3 minutes,You will breath involuntary if your brain cells are becoming damaged just relax this is the nature of your body for surviving.

Get it evaluated: The sudden onset of severe headaches needs to be evaluated. I doubt it is secondary to weight lifting but there have been cases of individuals lifting very heavy weights rupturing blood vessels in the head. Have a doctor evaluate the problem.

Sure: As long as it is a "run of the mill" headache. If it is the worst headache of your life then don't lift and go to the er. If it is not, i would take some tylenol (acetaminophen) and drink a gatorade for starting.  Feel better.

Not enough food?: I wonder if you are eating too little.  Starvation is not healthy. Recommendations are to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Hydrate with at least  8  8 ounce glasses of water per day. You might benefit from talking with a nutritionist. In the meantime, you can sooth nausea by drinking ginger tea or ginger ale. Take care.

If that doesn't help and the symptoms persist see your Dr for a thorough evaluation. Many underlying conditions can have these symptoms.
