See your doctor : again. It doesn't sound like your infection has been completely resolved. You may need another round of something else, especially if your eyes feel sore. Don't delay.

hi i have been having the dame health issue for over a month, which are dizziness, light headed, swollen occipital lymph node, and head ache above my ear on the right side , finger, arm and toe tingling , what could it be?

: There are many things this can be. The possibilities are very very long since there are so many varied symptoms. I don't think you will get a good response without an in person examination. Dizziness alone can be vertigo, being light headed, loss of balance or just not feeling well. People report it differently and more details are needed.

Need examination: I highly recommend you get a neurological evaluation so that a good baseline can be obtained and the history be clarified in order to determine whether or not you truly had a concussion or just a good WHACK to the noggin. Further evaluation: The lump may not be associated and it may be an epidermal cyst. Your headaches sound somewhat migrainous in nature but you should seek further evaluation and consider an eye examination, lab tests, and an MRI if warranted by history and physical exam. There are treatments that may be beneficial.

i have an issue. and not sure

i have had bad headaches at the back of my head all the way to the front to the back of my eyes...i was told its a migraine. but after taking ibupain i still have a dizzy and lightheaded feeling along with it?

Migraine: This is not characteristic of a migraine headache. It could be caused by sinus congestion or infection or intracranial pathology or pressure. I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation. A brain ct scan or MRI may be advised.

for a while i had sinus pressure. doc said sinuses were swollen and gave me a steroid shot. but its back along with headaches and slight lightheadedness if i move my head from side to side. this has been going on now for over a month. otc meds don't seem

Antibiotics : If you haven't tried them yet, it time for a day day course of antibiotics maybe longer. I would add Mucinex (guaifenesin) d and a sinus rinse to that regimen. Recommend you see your md again.

Headaches : The symptoms you describe are vague and nonspecific. The causes range from arthritis in the neck to a lack of sufficient blood flow to the back of the brain. See a neurologist for imaging and an evaluation.

Flu: You describe malaise, body aches and not feeling quite right.  It is the time of year when seasonal influenza causes illness. Did you get a flu shot?
Usually Tylenol will help the body aches and headache. If you can get a quick Doctor appointment then perhaps  they determine the type of flu and maybe start you on an antiviral to shorten the duration. Consult a Doctor soon to feel better fastest.

Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nonspecific. Irritability of superficial nerves in the back of your scalp would be a likely cause. Lightheadedness is nonspecific with many causes including low blood pressure, anemia, slow or rapid heart rate, anxiety, etc. If symptoms persist it's best to have a physician take a thorough history and system review,perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests.
