Further evaluation: The lump may not be associated and it may be an epidermal cyst. Your headaches sound somewhat migrainous in nature but you should seek further evaluation and consider an eye examination, lab tests, and an MRI if warranted by history and physical exam. There are treatments that may be beneficial.
