Eval.: Trying to find the cause is important.  Your physician may do an evaluation or consult with a neurologist.  If the type of headache is identified with possible causes, than preventive or abortive treatment plans can be developed.  Both chinese scalp acupuncture and auricular acupuncture can be very beneficial for chronic, recurrent headaches.

Lack of exercise: Get regular aerobic exercise.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Sleep problem?: Headache in the morning ot normal and could be the result of a sleep disordered breathing problem.  The stuffy nose can be also part of the problem if you are unable to breath thru your nose.   Low oxygen levels from a sleep disordered thing problem may be causing your morning headaches. See your doctor for an evaluation and possible referral for a sleep study.

See the doc: I would not wait any longer to call a doctor and get evaluated. There are many reasons for your symptoms and 3 weeks is a long time, pick up the phone and call.

i have migraine and i have headache every two days , i am using toxoplasma 50mg morning and evening since 1.5 year but my condition is same please advice?

Suggestions: I believe you mean topirimate (toxoplasmosis is a protozaol infection).  First way to improve is to increase the dose of your medicine to 100 mg twice daily, if you can tolerate side effects.  There are alternative prescription and otc choices, and you might consider switching your treatment to a different approach.  Discuss these with your doctor.

Many possibilities: There are many possible reasons (digestion, food allergy, sleep disturbance, etc.)  it would be best to see your doctor and try and determine what is the cause of your problem.  Then address the cause so you don't have the effects.

my son fell yesterday evening bumping  the back of his head, slept and ate well last night. ate this morning played the whole day but complained about headaches tonight. he has a fever gave him nurofen. please advise?

Symptoms to monitor : none of the symptoms you described so far are red flags.  I would be concerned if he passed out initially when he hit his head, if he was acting funny, headache was worsening or if he vomited after the injury.  The fever could just be a coincidence since that doesn’t go with head injury generally.  I recommend bringing him in if he has or develops any of the above symptoms

yesterday evening i ate a couple of brownies and a piece of cake and the only other thing was a turkey cheese tomato sandwhich. this morning i have a mild headache. possible "sugar hangover"?

: Not really, if you are otherwise healthy. Headaches can be  due to many things. Try an OTC headache medicine.
