Most of the symptoms: are "normal" for vertigo, but Vertigo itself isn't "normal'.   I don't usually find "stiff neck" as a symptom unless it's your body's natural attempt to lessen the symptoms.  My general rule of thumb is that it should lessen in 3 days and be gone in a week or so.  Meds help ease the symptoms.  If you get nausea or vomiting, are falling or have numbness, tingling or weakness anywhere, get help!

Migraine: Your headaches sound like migraines.  Find a doctor who treats migraine for help.

Diagnosis: If you have fluid in the middle ear without pain, it is most likely a viral infection.  You need an expert opinion to rule out any problem with your middle ear. These types of problems usually do not require any specific treatment and disappear;.  If the symptoms persist for 3 weeks or more see an ENT specialist.

MIGRAINE OR CLUSTER: You should seek medical help for throbing headache.You may have migraine or cluster headache and may need evaluation and proper treatment if you dont have any history of head trauma.

Migraine?: This is a migraine phenomenom. Occasinnally symptoms like this can occur due to something like an abnormal tangle of blood vessels in the brain, i.e. An avm.  I have never seen one in 19 years of practice.  I would see a neurologist if you haven't already seen one.

Need history: Well first to answer you a history is needed. For example did you injure the hand in anyway. Are you left or right handed and which hand is this?  Need some more history to help you

Occipital neuralgia.: Irritation of the main nerve that runs from the back of the skull can cause occipital neuralgia. . It is suspected that tense muscles or ligaments may press against the nerve, causing irritation, inflammation and subsequent pain. Other causes may include viral infection, trauma to the neck or bad posture.

i workout regularly and yesterday i started getting headaches. the headaches are sharp and fade into throbbing pain all around the crown of my head. nothing has changed in my schedule, diet, or workouts?

: You may be dehydrated. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. If that doesn't work, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

when i bend over or kneel and get up from these positions, my vision gets really bright for a few seconds and theres a throbbing pain at the back right side of my head. the throbbing and brightness goes away after few seconds. what is this?
