about ten minutes ago while doing regular housework i noticed a severe pressure in my head on the bottom left of the skull. it feels tender to touch.

Pain in skull: Keep a close eye on this. If it gets worse, go to the ER stat. If it starts to resolve shortly take an analgesic a wait since minor problems are more common than serious ones.

Swelling: I'm assuming you didn't suffer blunt head injury recently. Go get this checked out at clinic with a physical exam. Depending on size next step is likely a scan of scalp and cranium (skull).

Likely lipoma: These lumps are usually benign fat nodules just under your skin however you should have your doctor take a look and make sure it's not anything more serious. Lipomas can cause pressure if big enough and can be excised in the office.

Need evaluation: With POTS and Ehler-Danlos  you are  at  risk  for fibromyalgia. Ask you doctor  to evaluate  you for this.

i have all these symptoms going on and they keep adding up. the last couple days i have had a bad pressure kind of head ache at the base of my skull up to the top neck and eyes. 3 weeks and cbc diff. is still not back. what could all this mean?

Headache: Based on your symptoms, this could be something serious.  I would recommend going in to the emergency room or your primary care doctor as soon as possible.  By the way, a cbc-diff should be back within a few hours or days at the worst.  Call your doctor for the results and to discuss your current issues.

Increased pressure: Laughing causes abdominal contraction which leads to increased abdominal pressure leading to increased intracranial pressure. If you have a sinus condition, this could feel uncomfortable. If you have baseline elevated increased intracranial pressure, this too would feel uncomfortable. You should see your primary care physician to assess if you have further symptoms of these conditions.

Possible: A rotten tooth can lead to infection that can also spread to other areas, including the nerves and tissue of the mouth and head. See a qualified dentist asap to make sure and treat, especially getting the tooth removed or treated.

Increased ICP: Increased intracranial pressure (ICP) can occur after Valsalva maneuvers that include straining, sneezing, bending down, coughing, or laughing. Patients can feel head pressure as a result. If your head pressure is transient, then it is likely related to the laughing episode. NO: Is present in most of the nasal contestants , with out rx oral use is illegal , is a stimulant ,  also naturally  present ephedra group of plants , illegal use may lead to several systemic disorders . Speak to your doctor  and do not use it with out physician supervision.

Accepted Answer

Yes: The most sensitive and accurate diagnosis can be achieved by a physician - simply by asking you questions, and by thoroughly examining you. If an ear, nose, & throat doctor (otolaryngologist) still has questions after that, imaging studies (x-rays or ct scans) can help them sort things out.
