Causes: A full neurological examination is done to look for an underlying neurological cause for symptoms. It sounds like your pcp thinks you have a sinus problem.

my ent ordered a mri because i have constant head pressure and dizziness. the results indicated possible iih. am wondering how serious this is and if their are any signs that warrant an er visit that i should look out for while i wait to see a neuro.

Not ER visit: the failure symptoms and ER visit would not be helpful as you already know the diagnosis.  You might benefit from asking the neurology practice what you should do if you have symptoms and they may have a better route for you.
the intracranial hypertension may need medical or even surgical intervention, but this is way beyond anything they can do in the emergency room.

Not normal: Many reasons for symptoms. Should see physician possibly neurologist or family practitioner for physical examination and possible blood and image testing.There are 128 conditions associated with dizziness, fatigue, headache and weakness (generalized). Sometimes metabolic problems than can be corrected. Sometimes infection, anemia, neurologic problem etc.

TOS: is there family/personal history of migraines or seizures ? Has there been a concussion or whiplash injury?  These may be symptoms of costoclavicular compression of your brachial plexus if you have had an injury or have a straight neck. Should be checked out by a saavy neurologist

Seeing a doctor for discussion and evaluation is needed to exclude potentially serious causes of these symptoms..

Cardiac congestion: Congestive heart failure (CHF) commonly can cause one of these 3 symptoms--dizziness. This is because the blood pressure is usually low, and can be made lower by the diuretics used to treat chf; it also tends to be fast. Both of these factors predispose to dizziness. The other 2 symptoms are not commonly  due to chf, but are common with many of the medications used to treat chf.

Midsection pressure: May be gallbladder or GERD/ reflux. try OTC ranitidine /prevecid and see if it helps ( GERD can cause lgihtheadedness). At your age vascular issues are less likely  unless a family history, same with cardiac issues. f/u with doc urgent care
