Is been a month that i been experiencing continuous head pressure dizziness and weakness. is this normal?

Not normal: Many reasons for symptoms. Should see physician possibly neurologist or family practitioner for physical examination and possible blood and image testing.There are 128 conditions associated with dizziness, fatigue, headache and weakness (generalized). Sometimes metabolic problems than can be corrected. Sometimes infection, anemia, neurologic problem etc.
