the back left side of my head hurts when i swallow and i've been experiencing some chest pain and strange sinus like headaches over the past 4 days. i'm really anxious whenever i go to the hospital and don't want this to be something bad?

Can see one's doctor: Swallowing pains can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or the flu (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies, irritants, or acid reflux. Usually, a person sees the doctor if such symptoms are bothersome, recurrent, or don't go away quickly. If one's chest has worrisome or increasing symptoms, the ER may be a better place to get seen.

when i cough, my head hurts. when i swallow, my throat hurts. i feel weak. i have a party tommorow, and i'm going camping, so how do i treat it, fast?

Cough: Unfortunately no quick fixes. Consider canceling your plans to allow yourself to get better and not risk infecting others.

Probably muscular: When experiencing right neck discomfort on looking and tilting to the left, a muscular or arthritic type discomfort is often the culprit as opposed to a pinched nerve. Because you also have discomfort on swallowing, i recommend a thorough neck exam by your physician, however, to rule out other causes.

i have a click on my atoms apple when i swallow. i does not hurt.its only when my head is straight.if i turn it left.right.up.it doesn't click?

Not a problem: A cornu may have come detached from the hyoid bone, and depending on position the muscles don' t hold it in place. If it gets more uncomfortable, ask your physician.

Abscess: Have you been sick recently? What you are describing sounds a lot like a peritonsilar abscess. These are rare but can happen after an untreated strep throat. Please see your doctor quickly or go to the emergency room for evaluation. These can be life threatening infections.

i am having pain on right side of head and right ear. shooting pain that also hurts sometimes when i swallow.  head is sensitive to touch on right sid?

Cannot say: without an exam, I can only give general information. AND irritation of the EUSTACEAN tube (the connection between the middle ear and the throat) causes pain along its pathway and swelling. It commonly occurs in ear infection and can go very badly if not treated.

Ice pack: Apply ice pack to the affected area and try Motrin to reduce pain.  If the pain persist,  then see your doctor.   Good luck !

Hurts to swallow: This surely sounds like you are ill and need to be seen in person by your family physician.  I would get to them urgently.

Deep?: Is it deep ear pain? I might consider seeing a doctor for an imaging study like a ct or mri. Glossopharyngeal neuralgia can be a cause for deep ear pain.
