A member asked:

Pain in right side of neck when tilting head to left also hurts when swallowing and looking to left.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably muscular: When experiencing right neck discomfort on looking and tilting to the left, a muscular or arthritic type discomfort is often the culprit as opposed to a pinched nerve. Because you also have discomfort on swallowing, i recommend a thorough neck exam by your physician, however, to rule out other causes.
