Probably okay: But you can't say for sure. You did not implant 10 dpi, humans implant 6-7 days pov.

Not concerning: As normal pregnancies progress, HCG levels rise and the HCG doubling
time increases. Your best indicator of a healthy pregnancy at this point will be the fetal heart beat. We usually see the first fetal heart beat at an HCG level of around 10, 000. So you should be able to get all the information you need during your next ultrasound (soon?). Good luck!

Well.... : It is hard to make a judgment based on one isolated hormone level. BHCG  levels vary widely from person to person. It's better to follow a trend by checking a second level a few days later. That gives you more information.

Early pregnancy : This just means you are in early pregnancy. An isolated bhcg can not be used to accurately determine gestational age.

my beta hcg level was 30 at 12 days past ovulation. on day 14 dpo it was 83. they gynie put me on progesterone. is my levels too low?

Progesterone: That was an appropriate increase in hcg.  However, I don't give Progesterone based on hcg levels, I give it based on the Progesterone level.  Some docs use Progesterone alot and of course its a waste of time to use it if the level was dropping.

at 3-4 dpo, can hcg levels be 500ml/iu? some say no way, others say yes. if yes, how? (this would mean a urine test would be positive).

Typically no: It takes several days for the fertilized embryo to travel down the tube and implant in the uterus. Hcg is only made following implantation and would take a few days to rise to 500.  You must not have ovulated when you thought you did.

Possibly: Unfortunately, you will need further HCG level testing and a ultrasound later to determine a multiple gestation as it is too early at this time to predict.

i had three 3 day frozen embryos transferred. here are my hcg readings. i added 3 days to the transfer date to get the dpo. at 16dpo it was 143. 18dpo it was 210. 20dpo it was 387. 23dpo it was 1026. what are your thoughts on my hcg levels?

Embryo transfer: The HCG readings show a slow but increasing level, which may indicate the implantation of one of the three transferred embryos.  This level will rise dramatically as the embryo continues to grow. If the level plateau's , it may indicate "failure to thrive".

beta hcg level was 24 at 18 dpo & progesterone 3.5. i go for another hcg tomorrow. i took another hpt which was lighter than first test. looking bad?

Unfortunately yes: These numbers are very low to begin with, and your second HPT suggests the level dropped when it should be increasing rapidly.  A miscarriage is likely.
