MVP: Mvp is a condition in which there is laxity in the valve structures. When there is laxity in the system, the valve can pouch backwards or "prolapse" which can result in leaking of the valve. While usually mild, if the valve leaks enough the heart can eventually fail. More rarely, a tethering chord holding the valve can rupture suddenly and cause severe leaking which can be life threatening.

Cocaine & MVP: Cocaine can kill you whether you have mitral valve prolapse or not.  There are numerous. Studies showing the effect of Cocaine in the brain and heart causing spasm of the arteries which can cause a heart attack or stroke.  Cocaine can also cause rhythm problems in the heart.

i had a heart ultra sound and it says that i have tricuspid valve regurgitation (mild) and mitral valve regurgitation (mild) but all else is norm. is this ok. can this kill me ?

No: Mild tricuspid and mitral valve regurgitation are benign conditions unless it get infected.Then we call it as valve endocarditis.It can be deadly unless treated.

Well...: It should not "Kill you."  but it sure is not healthy.
Adults should sleep an average of 6 to 8 hours a day.
Otherwise it will catch-up with you and you will be constantly tired, or worse yet, you can fall asleep while working or even driving.
See a sleep specialist, it might be a good idea to be evaluated in a sleep lab.
Consider also thyroid disease

A complex question: Cancer is class of illnesses, not just one. Lethality of cancers varies- some are relatively rare but very deadly to those who get them (e.g. Esophageal), some are very survivable but so common that a lot of people still die of them (e.g. Breast, prostate). Colon, lung, breast, and prostate kill the most people. Therapies and screening are improving, but there is unlikely ever to be a single cure.

OD: Very Very unlikely that an OD will cause death 3 months after the OD.I would follow up with a medical professional regarding the panic and anxiety. Don't worry.   Hope this helps

Yes: A complete evaluation is necessary, but avsd is usually repaired at a few months of age. Av valve regurgitation is frequently associated and may be due to a "cleft" or slit like defect in the left side of the common av valve. This can also be addressed at the time of repair.

Before echo's: In the old days, rheumatic heart disease was the cause of most "hearable" murmurs:if heard, you were in trouble. Now with better stethoscopes & esp echo machines, "innocent" murmurs are frequently heard (or small valve leaks are commonly seen with echo) and normal--even all four valves. www.thepmc.org.
